"My shipping kit showed up super fast"
I was surprised by how quickly my shipping kit arrived. I expected to wait a bit, but it showed up in about two days, maybe even less. The box and label were already included, so I didn’t have to figure much out or run around getting anything ready. It made the whole start of the process feel really easy

I’ve used SellYourMac.com a couple times now to sell some old Macs that were just sitting around in my closet, right next to a bunch of cables I keep telling myself I’ll organize someday. Both times the process was smooth. The quotes seemed fair enough to me, and the payment showed up when they said it would. One time the shipping box took a little longer to arrive, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, they were easy to deal with, and I’d probably use them again.

"Fair grade and no weird surprises"
I sent in my old MacBook and expected one of those emails like, “hey, we found extra wear, so the offer changed,” but that never happened. The condition grade they gave felt fair and pretty much matched what I had selected online.
The payout stayed the same, and the whole process was easy. I did ask support a quick question and they basically replied with, “yep, everything looks good and your payment is on track,” which was nice to hear. Nothing fancy, just straightforward, and I’d use sellyourmac.com again if I had another device to sell.
